I’ve been a tenant of Mr. Akerman’s for almost 3 years. In that time, I’ve always felt fortunate to have him as a landlord. Accessible, approachable and reminds me often of friends from home. The online portal access is super easy to use to pay my rent, communicate and request any maintenance issues which have all been minor. However, When my hot water heater went out, I promise you, it was fixed within hours. When he noticed my dog was older and unwell, he offered me a downstairs unit. Thank you for treating us so well.
